Indo-French Savories & Sweets Class!
Hello, you awesome foodies! Does the idea of a luscious Cardamom & rose creme brulee entice your taste-buds? I intend to share a hands-on experience of more of such Indian and French inspired savory & sweet delicacies with all my students. I bring my classical-Cordon Bleu techniques and jazz them with my MasterChef experience and also add on molecular touches in my advanced classes. Excited? If you are interested, all that you have to do is book my classes at least a week in advance, let me know of any allergies and, Voila, we would all be heading to a wonderland of supremely unique dishes ! Oh and we always start our sessions with a gorgeous glass of wine! You will learn the following in the Basic Indo-French 101: 1. Cardamom-Rose Creme Brulee 2. Saffron-Mango Mousseline Shots 3. Quattro Mushroom-lentil crepe 4. Star anise-Paneer- Arugula Tartine Note: I can make special arrangements for party-groups.
Hello foodies, I am a classically trained Pastry chef and Sommelier and love to share my gourmet experiences from Europe. I understand the importance of little tricks and tips which I learnt during my stint as a 'MasterChef -top-15' participant, and I love sharing them to shorten cooking time, increase shelf life and most importantly, make everything look gorgeous & super Instagram ready!
