Sushi & Dumpling Cooking Class (BYOB)
The art of sushi making takes years to master but we’ll get you up and running by the end of the evening! We’ll teach you the basics of making delicious maki and temaki rolls, that look great and taste even better. Experiment with your own combination of flavors to create a delicious roll. We’ll also introduce you to the gentle art of dumpling folding and instruct you on a variety of ways to prepare them for your next dinner date. Bring your own drinks and come have fun in the kitchen with us! BYOB. Note: This workshop does not use raw fish instead using veggies, crabmeat sticks and more. Cancellation Policy No refunds are offered but we know that life happens and we are here to help you. We have a firm 72-hour cancellation policy. If you let us know ahead of this window, we’d be happy to move you to another event for a $10 admin fee per registration to ensure that we have enough time to re-fill your seat with another student. While it is not in our nature to say no, we are simply not able to offer credit for last-minute illnesses or scheduling conflicts. You are however, always welcome to send someone in your place (and we hope that you do). Reschedule credits expire 6 months from the original date of purchase.
