I teach different types of fitness courses! Insanity, Cize, and Piyo. Insanity is a max interval training that will test your mind and body. Cize is a fun hip hop like dancing program that has you looking cool while you burn calories. Piyo is a strength training program that meshes Pilates and yoga moves to create a powerful workout.
