Comedy 4 Teens - Improv, Stand-Up
Every Week, Saturdays 10am, Students 13-17 years old play warm-up, technique and theater games. In addition to being great a cultural arts experience, Improv is the coolest way to get students excited about and teach creativity (writing and thinking), community (communications, listening, focus, respect, eye contact), and leadership (public speaking, self-confidence). Students also write and perform original stand-up comedy based on stories form their own observations and experiences. Class Size limited to 20 students (Average 10-12) Regular Students invited to perform at showcases every spring, fall and winter. Students and their families are invited to weekly shows for free (reg $25pp)
Walt Frasier is the Artistic Director of EIGHT IS NEVER ENOUGH Improv Comedy where - since 2002 - has performed and taught Improv comedy as well as developed new talent and programs. Walter has been performing professionally since 1995 including Musicals, Opera, TV, and Commercials.
