Come and learn the art of making an okonomi-yaki plus. This is a traditional Japanese dish known as Japanese-style pancake or Japanese pizza. You would traditionally find an okonomi-yaki in restaurants or street vendors in Japan. The ingredients include flour, water, eggs, cabbage, green onions, and other ingredients to be added included sliced pork, beef, shrimps, squid, and etc. Fee includes all food and materials, come hungry!
