Creative Cooking 101
Improve your health with good nutrition. Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired? Looking for a new creative way to change your eating habits? Increase your energy? This class is great for beginners or those looking to change how they are eating. In this class I teach the basics on nutrition, you will learn how food affects our moods and our bodies. We will go over some basic herbs and how to use them to flavor instead of using salts. Learn how to choose which foods are best for you and learn the importance of natural verse processed or fast foods. We will create a meal that is fun, tasty, and healthy.
I am alternative life educator. I have a Master's degree in Education and I have been an artist for 30 years. I was a professional chef for over 20 years, I have a passion for foods that are natural with no chemicals and no processed foods. I help people who have chronic pain adjust diets to fit their needs. I offer a wide variety of different classes ranging from cooking to art with a sense of humor and a passion for teaching. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
