As your personal trainer, we will sit down for a consultation and review your current fitness level, your current diet and go over any questions/issues you may have. I will develop a program to suit your individual needs. Whatever your goals may be, for example: weight loss, general health or building muscle, I can help you achieve them with your dedication to the program. This will include all components of cardio, strength, core and flexibility training. We can train in the Hooked On Fitness Studio or at an off-site location. Initial consultation is free, and we will examine your goals to help with goal setting. We will discuss your current strengths and weaknesses to determine what is possible for you.
