Morning Workout and Wellness Coaching
Join me for a 30 minute workout followed by a 30 minute class in meal planning and nutrition to help you reach your wellness goals. The workout will include flexibility, strength and cardio training following a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format. These exercises can be tailored to all levels of fitness and I will work with each client to help tailor to individual needs. Each nutrition class we will discuss the power of good nutrition and help to build up the mindset that healthy eating can be delicious and convenient. I will bring recipes and offer advice on how to stock your pantry and fridge with the right foods to fuel your body. There is no one size fits all plan so each session will explore the various approaches to wellness so that each client can find the right path.
I am a wellness advocate, chef, nutrition coach and personal trainer. I recently returned to the Bay Area and I am motivated to make a difference in my community by sharing my knowledge with others. I have a passion to make people's lives better one meal and one workout at a time.
