Intro to Lyra (Aerial Hoop) Series - 4 weeks
This is your first step in your aerial journey at Pole Fitness Seattle. In this class, you will learn the various techniques to enter and exit from the hoop along with conditioning, strength, and flexibility exercises. You will also learn some basic poses and holds on the aerial hoop. After grasping these fundamentals, you will be comfortable joining our Lyra 1 classes. Leg warmers/leggings are advised for this class. The date listed (that you sign up for) is the start date only, and the class itself takes place over the next 3 weeks on the same day at the same time. Please note that after you are accepted for this class, you will also be signed up through our own reservation system, so you may receive two confirmation emails/receipts.
