What we'll do

About Do you love conidments, sides and toppings? Well most of those things are some kind of preserve and they are easy to make! In this class I will show you some of my favorite canning and preserve recipes that are always crowd pleasers. Not only do these add a special touch to so many dishes, they make great gifts and are also a great way to use up an overabundance of fruits and veggies. Snacks will be provided and you will get to take home 5 jars of your very own pickles and preserves to enjoy and share. We will be using seasonal fruits and veggies for our preserves and pickles so this class will yield new and exciting treats as the seasons change! Menu: - Sauer Kraut - Slow Pickle - Quick Pickle - Chutney - Fruit Preserves
