Relax, Release and Restore - Aromatic Tapping
CLASS OVERVIEW Release negative emotions in this quiet, contemplative session that combines tapping and therapeutic essential oils. This is a course for those of you new to Tapping, which is also called Emotional Freedom Technique. WHAT IS TAPPING? Tapping refers to a very gentle self-applied technique that is called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). An emotional version of acupuncture, EFT allows you to “reboot” your energy centers by mentally tuning into specific emotions while activating meridian points on your body. This balances out disturbances in the energy system. EFT is based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over five thousand years, but without the invasiveness of needles. WHAT DOES TAPPING DO? Tapping can help reduce anxiety, reduce the intensity and frequency of chronic pain, and help dissipate destructive negative emotions and self-talk. WHAT IS THIS COURSE ABOUT? In this session, we will first learn what Tapping is and how it works. We will then begin a Tapping exercise. Our Tapping session will be combined with essential oils applied in the Tapping session to contribute to the emotions controlled by the limbic system in our brain. We will be guiding you in a [self] tapping session combined with high energy and therapeutic essential oils. WHAT DO I TAKE HOME? You'll leave our course with the ability to continue your own Tapping session in your daily life. We will also provide you with information about tapping (so you don't have to take notes), along with an essential oil roller to take home. She has an undergraduate and graduate degree in Health Services along with certification coursework in holistic medicine, herbal medicine, aromatic medicine and botanical skincare.
