About Your Host

Grumbacher-certified master acrylics painter Anjl Rodee, has first-hand knowledge of how thrilling it is to try something new. She created her art classes with the idea that learning a new skill adds dimension to life, and you can have fun while you're doing it. As an artist and improv comic, Anjl started BrushCapades Seattle for the sole purpose of using entertainment to help people accomplish something they never thought possible: painting their own masterpiece. Come explore your artistic side in a fun and casual environment with BrushCapades Seattle.

What we'll do

Score a rustic mountain getaway sans the frozen toes at BrushCapades Seattle's landscape painting class in the heart of historic Pioneer Square. Artist and improv comic Anjl will lead you through the creation of your very own take-home mountain masterpiece inspired by one of the world's most stunning natural backdrops: Mount Rainier. No prior art experience is needed and BrushCapades even provides the art supplies, all you need to do is show up ready to paint. We are BYOB, feel free to bring whatever food and drink fuels your creativity!
