Beginner Aerial Hoop!
If you have NEVER taken an aerial hoop (Lyra) class and are new to aerial apparatus, this is the class for you. In this class you will learn the various techniques to enter and exit from the hoop along with conditioning, strength and flexibility exercises. After grasping these fundamentals, you will be comfortable joining beginner/intermediate level aerial hoop classes. . You will learn hoop basics. Learn basic pose breakdowns with anatomy and help you flow sequences and classes together. This class has a heavy conditioning focus. Please note that after you are accepted for this class, you will also be signed up through our own reservation system, so you may receive two confirmation emails/receipts.
