Learn the basics of aerial hoop or Lyra while building the right foundation to mount the hoop and execute basic moves.
This class will focus on conditioning exercises, practice of proper technique, terminology of moves as well as practicing safety while on the hoop.
We recommend wearing long leggings or long sweatpants while taking class on the aerial hoop.
