I took my first calligraphy class in the 6th grade and fell in love with the art form. In college I studied Visual Design with a Certified Image Master where I honed my design instincts and calligraphy gives me an opportunity to blend my design and education background. A few years ago I rediscovered modern calligraphy and have studied with renown calligrapher and letterer Molly Jacques. I teach calligraphy techniques and practical application in an engaging and interactive environment and have had over 100 students come through my curriculum. My teaching style is warm and demonstrative and I frequently receives rave reviews from my students.
