Beginning Yoga for Every Body
Have you ever wanted to try yoga but feel that a large class is not for you? Together, we will go over the basic principles and fundamentals of proper alignment in yoga. I will also share some active meditation sequences with you. Perfect for first timers or for those who want to practice in a quieter setting. One on one instruction. My approach includes increasing one's own life force and of those around you by utilizing and controlling the energy within, connecting with your determination and will, and learning to accept and love your true self. NO YOGA MAT? NO PROBLEM! I HAVE EXTRAS.
