Beginner Drop In Pole Class!
This class is for beginners! It is in a drop-in format instead of a series class. Students will learn the basic fundamental pole spins, safety and terminology. They will also be introduced to creative moment and dance flow with learning how to put all they have learned together. This class is a little longer than the usual class at 1 hour and 15 minutes! Please note that after you are accepted for this class, you will also be signed up through our own reservation system, so you may receive two confirmation emails/receipts.
At Pole Fitness Seattle we provide a studio learning environment where anyone can experience Pole and Aerial Dance. We strive to make our classes accessible to everyone.
