Intro to Pole Dancing Series! (4 weeks)
This class is designed for beginners! Students will learn the six basic fundamental pole spins, safety and terminology. Our Intro to Pole Series is designed to be accessible to everyone with a focus on the basics and creative flow. Taught in a 4 week session students will attend class once a week for four weeks. The date listed (that you sign up for) is the start date only, and the class itself takes place over the next 3 weeks on the same day at the same time. Please note that after you are accepted for this class, you will also be signed up through our own reservation system, so you may receive two confirmation emails/receipts.
At Pole Fitness Seattle we provide a studio learning environment where anyone can experience Pole and Aerial Dance. We strive to make our classes accessible to everyone. Students feel safe within our space to explore, discover and develop body awareness , and a deeper sense of self through our diverse class offerings.
