Develop those muscles used in pole dancing! This class used specifically designed drills focuses on conditioning for pole dancers and exercises that help with strength, balance, endurance, and injury prevention as you progress in pole! Pole Conditioning is a great tool and essential way to help you progress in pole or serve as a great overall hour of power. Please note that after you are accepted for this class, you will also be signed up through our own reservation system, so you may receive two confirmation emails/receipts.
