All about BEND! Flexibility Training
Flexibility is something you use or lose. Don't let your body stiffen; gain mobility in this deep stretch class. Your instructor will guide you through with a series of poses and stretches with a focus on alignment, splits and back. Deepen your pole practice with this essential class. No prior pole or dance experience required Please note that after you are accepted for this class, you will also be signed up through our own reservation system, so you may receive two confirmation emails/receipts.
At Pole Fitness Seattle we provide a studio learning environment where anyone can experience Pole and Aerial Dance. We strive to make our classes accessible to everyone.
