Our signature Sexy Sculpt class is a low impact cardio class that includes sexy pole dance, chair and burlesque dance conditioning drills for a full body hour long workout. This class is open to all levels and designed to be made accessible and fun for everyone regardless of your dance background or fitness level. No prior pole or dance experience required Please note that after you are accepted for this class, you will also be signed up through our own reservation system, so you may receive two confirmation emails/receipts.
