4 Week September Yoga Series
In this 4 weeks series we explore how yoga can best serve you and your unique life. We take the time to break down postures, and explore active + restorative styles. Class Dates: 9/7, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28 Time: 530-7pm You will gain confidence in your practice, have space to ask questions and learn how to make yoga something sustainable in your life. These are personalized yoga classes, with an intimate feel but a community dynamic.
I hold & create safe space for people to connect. To turn inward, be vulnerable & feel free. In yoga classes, workshops & events. When you walk into the room my intention is for you to feel you belong there, to feel welcome & open. I realize life isn’t all about being serious though. There is always silliness & laughter. Everything I do is a balance of intensity, compassion, sassy & fun.
