In this 3 hour class, you will learn two types of cookies and one french macaron flavor - all from scratch. This will be perfect for someone looking to hone their skills in baking or simply want to impress their friends. There will be some french techniques involved and the class will be part demo and hands-on.
Guests will be taking home their creations plus recipes, secrets of the trade and much more.

Eloise has her roots from the Philippines where she started making pastries as a teenager. This also led her to pursue her passion in the pastry arts. The journey took her to the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. A few years after working at a hotel chain in her home country, she finds herself going back to the city she fell in love with, San Francisco and starting a new chapter in life. After coming back to the Bay Area in 2008, she has since worked at Bong Su and a short stint at Citizen Cake.
