We can also make peanut free macaroons depending on allergies.
Chef Rocco Cartia started cooking in Italy and then he followed his passion for cooking around the world for over 20 years. He has worked in luxury hotels and glamorous restaurants like the 3 michelin starred "Gordon Ramsay Restaurant" on Royal Hospital Road, London and the 5 starred Hotel "Excelsior Palace" in the Portofino Area of Italy. At the moment he's writing 3 cookbook, and he's currently teaching cooking classes, which he as done for 8 years between Italy, Australia, and the USA.
