Passion for Pastry
Eloise has her roots from the Philippines where she started baking as a teenager. This ultimately led her to pursue her passion in the pastry arts. Fast forward to a few years later, in 2009, she was able to establish her dessert café in North Beach in San Francisco. Aside from being a small business owner in the food industry, she finds joy in sharing her baking (and life) experiences to her guests in her workshops. Her baking philosophy is all about mastering the basic techniques to create delicious treats through a simplified, systematic and straightforward approach.
