I'll teach you how to cook traditional Moroccan food using a tagine—an earthenware pot with a conical lid. Together we'll make chicken apricot tagine and lemon couscous, Vegetarian tagine by request. You'll also get to make and take home your own Ras el hanout, the signature Moroccan spice blend. While the tagine cooks, we'll nosh on chef-prepared Moroccan-inspired appetizers.
