Wine and DIY: Macrame Jewelry
Let's Create Wearable Macrame In this class we’ll be using hemp cord, embroidery floss, beads, and a few simple knots to create jewelry that’s as fun and easy to make as an old-fashioned friendship bracelet, but grown-up enough to wear anywhere. All materials will be provided! You’ll leave class with several finished Bohemian-chic bracelets and chokers. Come sip some wine and learn some cool new crafting skills. All materials and tools are included! Complimentary wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided; students may also BYOB to share.
I created You're Crafty! Craft and DIY classes because I love making things and I want you to love making things, too. I'm a lifelong crafter. My areas of specialty include knitting, crochet, sewing, cross stitch, and making costumes. I offer a variety of small, intimate classes for all experience and skill levels. You'll have fun and meet new friends while challenging yourself to learn something new. When I'm not making stuff or teaching others how to make stuff, I'm walking/running in the Berkeley hills (walking up the hills, running down them), snuggling with my cats, and performing with Bay Area Flash Mob (often as a zombie). See you in class! Let's craft together!
