Don't Worry, Be Yonce' SF - a Beyonce' inspired heels class
Strut It Out Like Beyonce' Each class starts with a warm-up and a cross-floor exercise, followed by step-by-step instructions for 30 seconds of choreography to "Yoncé." This class is part of ConfiDance Fitness' Beyonce-themed class series. Heels are welcome, but not required. FIERCE FITNESS Don that sexy outfit, step into your hottest heels, and get in a workout. Blow off some steam as you learn the fierce choreography to one of Beyoncé's hits. HARNESS YOUR INNER DIVA Whether you're looking for a confidence boost, expanding your repertoire for the club, or just wanting to mix up your weekend routine, the undeniably influential Mrs. Carter's moves should do the trick. Shonna is from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and has over 17 years of dance training in the areas of tap, jazz, ballet, Polynesian, and hip hop. She has been instructing professionally since 2008 and in 2010 entered the world of professional sports dancing. Her resume includes appearances with two different NBA franchises, a role in the Warner Bros. motion picture “Thunderstruck”, and a tour during Superbowl XXVIII produced by the NFL Superbowl Commission. Since moving to California in 2012, Shonna has started her own dance instruction company providing enrichment classes to Bay Area schools and recreational classes to the public. In 2014 she created Pro Dance Prep, a YouTube channel and class series through which she empowers and offers insight to women with aspirations to dance in the professional sports industry. Shonna just finished her final season dancing with the NBA’s 2015 Champions, the Golden State Warriors.
