Performance Movement Bootcamp is an athletic training program focusing on cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance. The training philosophy is dedicated to performance gains through functional, circuit style, high intensity interval training. Modalities applied include body/free weights, TRX/RIP training, kettlebells, resistance bands and more.
