Performance Movement Bootcamp is an athletic training program focusing on cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance. The training philosophy is dedicated to performance gains through functional, circuit style, high intensity interval training. Modalities applied include body/free weights, TRX/RIP training, kettlebells, resistance bands and more. Whether you're a fitness fanatic, weekend warrior or a newbie to fitness, my goal is to get you leaner, faster and stronger, so you can move through the speed of LIFE confident and pain-free. If you know Jamel well, you’ll understand his COMMITMENT TO FITNESS. He's always led an active lifestyle and his comfort zone is found in adrenaline-induced activities such as surfing and snowboarding. He believes in STRONG, CONFIDENT, PAIN-FREE movement at the speed of LIFE and is passionate about helping people of all fitness levels (soccer moms to pro-level athletes) achieve their goals. Jamel is a certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a gold standard in the fitness industry. He also holds certifications as a Z-Health Performance Movement Integration and Rehab Specialist, TRX Level 3 Trainer/Course Instructor and Operation Fit to Fight Level 2 Senior Boot Camp Instructor. With over 9 years of experience as a martial artist, Jamel has trained amateur and professional fighters, law enforcement officials and general fitness enthusiasts as a Muay Thai Kickboxing Coach. Jamel’s training and motivation will push you past your limits through consistency and hard work.
