Come join Patricia Gonzalez, longtime Spanish cook, as she walks you through the step-by-step process of picking fresh ingredients, and preparing paella from scratch. Depending on your taste buds, you can pick from a seafood, meat, black squid ink, or vegetarian menu that you will cook and later enjoy yourself. Participants are more than welcome to bring their own wine or beer to the course.
Patricia is a longtime chef, specialized in Spanish cuisine. Originally from Spain, she spent her childhood immersed in the flavors of Spanish cuisine and the culture's love for food. After moving to the United States, Patricia decided to pursue her passion for cooking, catering, and teaching others the secrets to cooking Spanish food at home. Her upbringing and diverse ethnic background have instilled in her a unique appreciation for the style of Spanish cooking and a love of sharing that with others.
