This fun 2-hour workshop is all about learning the craft of making gluten-free cookie recipes are tasty, delicious and not overly sweet. Yes - that is all possible in this class. You will not expect that a healthier treat can be incredibly delectable.
Guests will learn to create two types of wheat-free cookies which will include a luscious, soft and chewy chocolate cookie and a melt-in-your-mouth shortbread.
I am looking forward to share my experiences, baking tips, secrets and some french techniques that will help hone your baking skills.
Recipes and tools will be provided. Class is welcome to all baking enthusiasts.

Passion for Pastry
Eloise has her roots from the Philippines where she started baking as a teenager. This ultimately led her to pursue her passion in the pastry arts. Fast forward to a few years later, in 2009, she was able to establish her dessert café in North Beach in San Francisco. Aside from being a small business owner in the food industry, she finds joy in sharing her baking (and life) experiences to her guests in her workshops. Her baking philosophy is all about mastering the basic techniques to create delicious treats through a simplified, systematic and straightforward approach.
