You will learn how to make three kinds of popular cheeses - cheddar cheese, blue cheese and parmesan cheese. As a bonus, cheeses are dairy-free and gluten-free. Take home your own cheeses and her signature recipes. Cheeses are made in a food processor. Traci has 6 food processors available for use, first-come, first serve basis. You can usually reserve one, but if not, you are welcome to bring your own. Class is held with a minimum of four students.
