Learn to Impress your Friends with Crazy Juggling Skills!
In this one of a kind experience you will have a ton of fun learning how to juggle. We will cover theory, basic tosses and even some body throws! Juggling is an ancient skill that is known to improve brain functionality (increase Gray Matter), sharpen focus and concentration, relieve stress, and improve coordination. It is also one of the most portable workouts - a great choice for athletes, adventurers, business travelers or anyone who finds themselves on the road. You will leave with a basic understanding of cascades, half showers and neat tosses. If students have experience we can get into things like Mills Mess, and an intro to clubs and other objects.
