About Your Host

Brushstrokes is a community art space and pottery painting studio located between the 4th Street Shopping District and the Gilman District in Berkeley. An artist-owned and operated business, we have been a part of our local community for two decades. We offer drop-in studio hours 7 days a week to work with pottery, glass and mosaics, and we offer summer camps, parties and fine arts classes for kids and adults.

What we'll do

On the first Saturday evening of the month, you can drop your kids off for a pottery and pizza night while you get a night out! There are many great restaurants within walking distance of Brushstrokes including in the 4th Street District and the Gilman District. Kids will paint a piece of pottery, enjoy a pizza dinner and games. Ages 8 and up Time: 6 pm - 8:30 pm Date: First Saturdays of the Month
