Breath exercises, meditation and aroma therapy are also incorporated in the Reiki session . Here is a few things that Reiki may help with: stress reduction and relaxation, anxiety, Reiki helps to bring inner peace and harmony, promotes balance and peace, because the Reiki energy triggers the body's natural healing abilities (immune system), aids in better sleep and improves and maintains your mind and body health.

Hi my name is Eleandra, I am from Brazil and I specialize in Yoga and Child Care; thank you for reading about me and the story of my intertwining passions.
Since I moved to San Francisco 17 years ago, I have been working as a Child Care Provider. I use my heart and my intuition as tools to guide me, and I enjoy what is most genuine and beautiful about children, their spirit. Working with children has given me the experience and knowledge to understand their body language, personality, and psychological developments so that I feel I have learned to be in touch with what is going on in their little minds. This wonderful journey with children has also helped me understand what make us act the way we do as adults.
Now, Yoga. I have to admit that I didn’t enjoy my first Yoga experience; the room was so hot and honestly I think I got a little bored holding the poses for so long! But I decided to give it another try because I knew there had to be more to it. The class that changed my life was at Golden Gate Park, it was there that I fell in love with Yoga. The passion I had for it filled my heart, and I knew this was the way I wanted to contribute to others, to share my knowledge and experience with Yoga.
Since I took my first Yoga training, one of my passions and the motivation to follow the Yoga’s path, is to be able to help children learn how to overcome life challenges and limitations they face. Using yoga as a tool, I can help them with sensory regulation, muscle strengthening, and finding balance and connection. When children learn to integrate with others and connect within themselves, they can build better habits for themselves which I believe can help society as a whole.
My work in the adults “realms” is to guide those who want a physical and mental re-balance, to reenergize mind and body, by helping them to find again the lost connection between the body, mind, and heart. In this way, my wish is to help you to improve your quality of life, that can be overcome day by day with the stresses from our busy lives that can cause sickness.
