Taylor Fit Studio-barre meets cardio
Mixed level class, get ready to move. Interval training, weights and resistance training, core conditioning, cardio and barre elements all in one hour. Class size is specialized and therefore limited to 10 per class. Arrive at least 10 minutes early and be physically and mentally ready. Bring your sticky socks (or purchase them at the studio, $15), water and towel, get ready to sweat. Doors get locked once class starts, no late entries allowed. You ready to rock? Let's go!
Taylor began her career as a fitness instructor over a decade ago. She has taught Barre, circuit training, and Spinning ® and pulls from these disciplines in her studio. Her classes are a perfect balance of strength and cardio training for a full body workout. You will leave each class feeling invigorated, balanced, stronger and energized. A local in the Marina community of San Francisco, Taylor teaches every class to help you reach your fitness goals. Her dedication to teach challenging, safe, effective classes is a result of her love for people and fitness.
