Spinner Ring Workshop!
In this Jewelry making class you will make your own fun, kinetic spinner ring in this 3 hour class! This beginning to intermediate workshop will focus on basic metal and wire texturing, ring construction and sizing, forming, soldering and polishing. No previous skills needed. Ages 16 and up. A fun class to take with a friend-- great girlfriends day out or mother/daughter class! Work with copper, brass, and sterling silver and use your own creativity to make a unique spinner ring! Studio Safety Requirements: short sleeve shirts comfortable clothes (for studio work) closed toed shoes, no sandals! Long hair tied in a bun or behind the neck. Protective eyewear and mask which will be provided.
About Milad Rajabi: Milad Rajabi has been in the jewelry industry since 2000. He is an international jewelry artist and metalsmith from Anaheim, CA. He attended and teaches jewelry making courses at various exhibitions and art organizations worldwide, including Tucson Jewelry & Gem Shows, and in Europe. He enjoys experimenting with different and new techniques. His work and jewelry have been exhibited in jewelry and handicraft exhibitions in Switzerland, Germany, China, Turkey and Iran. Milad, as a child, started goldsmithing; and had a college major in gem cutting. He graduated from Gemological Institute of America in 2014. He has a strong interest in gemstones. Unique & unusual stones have been used in some of his collections.
