Join me for a delicious and fun class that will teach how to perfectly cook eggs. Whether they're free-range, brown or cage-free, this class will teach you the techniques for a perfect meal every time. No time for dinner? Cook up a classic french omelette in minutes. Company coming and you want to impress? How about a warm and fluffy soufflé as a treat. Boozy Sunday brunch with friends? Eggs Benedict reigns king! Each student will have a chance to make each egg dish for their own consumption. This class promises to be fun! We will learn: Perfectly Scrambled Eggs The Classic French Omelette Perfectly Poached Eggs Hollandaise Sauce à la Julia Childs Chocolate Soufflé All materials will be provided for your class: cutting boards, food, aprons, towels, recipes and knives. Please feel free to bring your own knives for use. This is for all skill levels and closed toe shoes are required. All classes are 18 years and older unless otherwise specified. You may bring in your own beer or wine for consumption after the knife portion of the class has been completed. Alcohol may be consumed only by persons 21 years and older. The students will prepare a meal from the products they prepare.
