Join and have fun learning how to make all time Italian favorite treats from scratch, i was growing enjoying eating, smelling and then preparing delicious desserts, such as Tiramisu' or Chocolate Mousse, Baked Pears in Red Wine or Panna Cotta in the comfort of my house, in a relaxed family style environment with other food lovers just like you. Price and estimated duration of the class will include an abundant tasting with a sip of Dessert Wine or Liqueur offered.
Chef Rocco Cartia started cooking in Italy and then he followed his passion for cooking around the world for over 20 years. He has worked in luxury hotels and glamorous restaurants like the 3 michelin starred "Gordon Ramsay Restaurant" on Royal Hospital Road, London and the 5 starred Hotel "Excelsior Palace" in the Portofino Area of Italy. At the moment he's writing 3 cookbook, and he's currently teaching cooking classes, which he as done for 8 years between Italy, Australia, and the USA.
