Outdoor Boot Camp, Yoga and Run Club
Boot camp classes are fun, creative and will challenge you at the right level no matter your current fitness. Yoga is a vinyasa flow best enjoyed with the beautiful scenery of Orange County, and our Run Club is a small, focused group with all speeds from Boston Marathoners to beginning runners. Take your pick, or do them all! Most classes meet at Citrus Ranch Park in Tustin. If you sign up for a class here, we will put that amount toward any membership option of your choice.
Greg Moe, is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is currently working towards becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He has been a personal trainer and coach for over a decade and his passion for health and fitness pushes him to constantly learn more about the human body and how it works. As an athlete, Greg was a competitive collegiate lightweight rower and has been a member of Team USA as an amateur triathlete, and has competed in multiple World Championship Triathlons at various distances from sprint to half-Ironman. Greg believes that enjoying what you do is one of the most important things, and loves pushing people to try new activities in hopes of uncovering hidden talents and passion.
