Member of the Italian Federation of Chefs since 1996, I was born in Bologna which is considered by many the culinary capital of Italy. I started to cook when I was a boy just looking at my two amazing grandmothers who were one from Bologna, the other from Naples. Two amazing women who were used to spend all their days cooking for the family. And two unbelievable schools of food which I learnt to mix together. After having spent years creating new recipes for various Italian restaurants, I now prefer to focus on the traditional Italian cuisine. Two years ago I moved from Italy to Los Angeles where I live and work as Personal Chef for in-home culinary events.
