Basics of Vegan Cooking
Learn the ABC's of cooking delicious and healthy vegan meals. In this class you'll learn: 1. easy time-saving knife skills 2. how to cook staple ingredients to perfection 3. vegan substitutions for conventional recipes 4. how to combine flavors/spices 5. what to stock your kitchen with for delicious success This hands-on class will culminate in a fabulous meal complete with an appetizer, main, and dessert: hearty kale salad with avocado dressing black bean burgers sweet potato fries with Sriracha aioli cherry pie Please bring your own knife & cutting board to class if you have one :)
I am a vegan private chef, blogger, and health coach based in NYC. I have been teaching vegan cooking and nutrition around New York for 3 years. My cooking is inspired by my southern upbringing and world travels.
