This month, Chef Joris Barbaray will be joining us for our Where’s Your Food From? event. He owns and operates Bergerac, a local French restaurant known for their focus on seasonal, sustainable, and no-waste approach to cooking. Chef Joris believes in showcasing the South Western style of french cooking to demonstrate that French food does not need to be fancy or expensive to be tasty and delicious.
