About Your Host

Feed the Mass began with a dream, a dream to improve health by holistic and practical means. What do we mean by that? Not everyone has access to the best medical care or dieticians for preventative care. Heart disease, diabetes, liver disease, obesity, and hypertension are all prominent health challenges in Western civilization today. Most of these conditions and illnesses can either be prevented or have their symptoms significantly reduced through proper dieting. Feed the Mass, as a not-for-profit business, desires to build the Oregon community around food empowerment for every individual. That all may come together to empower one another in healthy living and clean eating.

What we'll do

This month, Chef Joris Barbaray will be joining us for our Where’s Your Food From? event. He owns and operates Bergerac, a local French restaurant known for their focus on seasonal, sustainable, and no-waste approach to cooking. Chef Joris believes in showcasing the South Western style of french cooking to demonstrate that French food does not need to be fancy or expensive to be tasty and delicious.
