For your second course, you will create a delectable hot and sour soup with bamboo, egg, mushroom, pork, and homemade stock that is sure to satisfy again and again! Complete your gourmet travels by learning to cook up an amazing stir-fried squid and green bell pepper with black pickled bean. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
