I work as a Holistic Nutritionist, health educator and food illustrator and writer. I believe food can be our best medicine. Food has played a major role in my own healing journey and allows me to connect with others and help them deepen their relationship with what they put in their body.. Lila received my education from Bauman College: Holistic Nutrition in Berkeley, CA. She was inspired to follow this path by my own four-year healing journey from chronic skin, digestive and fatigue issues. I have come to recognize the onset of these health challenges as a blessing in disguise. They strengthened my ability to listen and attune to my body's needs and led me to my dream job of helping others find healing through food. What to wear/bring to class: Please wear close-toed shoes to all classes.
