The ENTfit program incorporates exercises designed to help members reach their fitness goals in the safest and quickest way possible. By motivating members in every workout, they are able to reach their goals in a fun, and safe way. The program also provide members with fitness assessments to measure their progress and determine their strengths and weaknesses. The ENTfit program also performs frequent fitness assessments in order to monitor members' progress, as well as highlight strengths and improve upon weaknesses. Every other week trainer will take measurements and body fat, to insure the correct steps are taken to help to achieve your goal(s).
