"The Jyim" is the only fitness studio that is based on supporting our members. We emphasize three major points of fitness. • Exercise • Nutrition • Programming Every single member that signs up gets a program! We are staffed with elite personal trainers and fitness instructors that have athletic backgrounds and experience working with a variety of clients.

What we'll do

Start your high intensity circuit training off with 15 minutes of yoga then head off to the intensity room to boost your heart rate and burn a max amount calories. Class ends back in the yoga room where our yoga instructor will gradually lower your heart rate and minimize soreness.
