What we'll do

Great class for beginners or those returning to dance at a later age. Class consists of a set warm-up and technique which is thorough and gentle, easy for a beginner to follow, yet challenging enough for experienced students. Then I teach a choreographed combination which we usually work on for 3-4 weeks. We end with a stretch. I use an extensive variety of different kinds of interesting music. It's a fun way to exercise mind AND body!
