About Your Host

Simon is a performance specialist who has worked with professional athletes from the NFL, NHL, MLB, Rugby, Rugby League, AFL, MMA, World Tour and Big Wave Surfing, Olympic Sports and the US Special Forces. Originally from New Zealand, Simon grew up on a farm, playing rugby and surfing in the South Pacific Ocean and as a result has a unique understanding of functional strength and rotational human movement. His 15 year journey through professional sporting and elite tactical environments has resulted in global recognition for his expertise in movement training and rehabilitation where his commitment to keeping athletes motivated and energetic while executing a cutting edge strength and conditioning program. Simon consistently delivers results alongside his infectious passion and enthusiasm for training people. Clients like working with Simon because he is a dynamic teacher who is extremely skillful at developing specific and individualized performance programs applicable to their needs. 
Due to Simons experience at the highest level he understands the dynamics of how teams/groups function both on and off the field, he has harnessed this cohesion and culture and delivers this environmental experience to his current cliental.

The SFPT Tactical program was specifically built and is exclusively provided to the servicemen and women who continually risk their lives to ‘Protect our Cities’ and help others. Whether you are returning to the fight after injury
or wanting to enhance your athletic potential, our team of expert staff is continually supporting you with educational knowledge and our performance enhancing athlete system. The SFPT program is uniquely different to most other rehabilitation environments as it encompasses world class specialists working together as part of an integrated support team in the areas of movement, strength, nutrition, medical & rehabilitation specific to first responders. Participants experience continual performance evaluation’s that provide specific results to devise personalized programming and integrative communication between our expert staff, all who are working towards the individuals performance needs and requests. The program is fundamentally built from our successful pro athlete performance model. The programs Movement based Training philosophy
 and Strength to support movement approach breaks down the environmental and personal needs of each individual allowing faster more effective use
 of time and money. Personalized Nutritional strategies are also developed
to improve the performance fueling and recovery of each client within the tactical program.
