Always wanted to try pole fitness but don’t know where to start? Get a taste of all of the dance styles that pole has to offer with this taster class, meant for students who are brand new to pole dancing. Here, we’ll start with a cardio dance warm up, practice flexibility movements and break down basic spins. Then we’ll develop floor work and choreography – everything from body waves to shoulder rolls to climbing practice. Each class ends with inversion prep and choreography that we’ll dance to a song.
